Shipping and Returns
Dreamy Baby Props wants to ensure you that are happy with your purchase. If within 7 days from date of receipt of order if not 100% satisfied the product can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and fees. The product must be clean, unused and in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping is not covered by Dreamy Baby Props. Authorized returns will only be refunded through the original form of payment and to the original billed individual.

Undeliverable orders returned will be refunded less shipping and a return shipping fee. You must obtain a return authorization before sending back a product, please contact us for any returns at firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to minimize shipping costs and still provide tracking support we ship most of our products by Expedited Canada Post to Canada and the United States. Some smaller items like our newborn wraps may be shipped by Parcel Ground to the United States (these orders do not have tracking and can take up to 18 business days. Our shipping costs vary depending on location and number and type of products chosen. Due to product size differences some orders may be shipped in more then one parcel and therefore may arrive at different times. For delivery times please allow 1-8 business days in Canada and 4 - 18 business days to the U.S. for your order to be delivered. Dreamy baby Props is not responsible for any customs fees. If you have not received your order at the end on these delivery times please feel free to contact us so we can trace your order.
Yes we do ship internationally for some of our products, please contact us for delivery information outside of Canada and the United States.
Dreamy Baby Props is not responsible for delays in delivery once order has been shipped. As we have no control over delivery times no refunds will be provided for late delivery. Please note for our U.S. customers that we have no control over the length of time it takes US customs to process packages.

Standard orders may be cancelled only prior to order being shipped and if request is received the same day as the order is placed. When in stock most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days so cancellation requests after the day of order placement may be declined. Custom orders of any kind may not be cancelled.
